Delhi Appliance Services

At Delhi Appliance Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or service-related adjustments may be applicable.


1. Nature of Services

Delhi Appliance Services provides on-site repair and maintenance services for gas stoves and gas hobs. Since our offerings are service-based and not physical retail products, returns are generally not applicable.


2. Inspection & Visit Charges

  • Inspection or visiting charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

  • These charges cover technician travel, diagnosis, and time spent.


3. Service Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment was made, but the service was not delivered.

  • The technician could not attend the visit due to our internal issue.

  • A duplicate payment was made by the customer.

All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of the service booking.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer changes their mind after service completion.

  • Appliance issues caused by external gas supply, regulator, or pipeline faults.

  • Problems arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repair attempts.

  • Normal wear and tear of appliance parts.


5. Spare Parts & Replacement Policy

  • Spare parts, once installed, are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Parts are replaced only after customer approval.

  • Warranty (if any) applies only to the replaced part and service provided.


6. Service Re-visit & Support

If the same issue occurs after repair:

  • Customers may request a service re-visit within the applicable warranty period (if provided).

  • Our team will inspect and resolve the issue as per the service policy.


7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

  • Cash payments, if refundable, may be adjusted through service credit or bank transfer.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be made before technician dispatch.

  • Late cancellations may attract a visiting or inspection charge.


9. Policy Updates

Delhi Appliance Services reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
