  • Booking confirmation depends on technician availability and service location.

  • Same-day service is subject to workload and distance.


3. Inspection & Repair Charges

  • Inspection charges (if any) will be informed before the technician visit.

  • Final repair cost depends on fault type, spare parts required, and labour.

  • Prices may vary based on appliance condition and brand.


4. Spare Parts & Replacement

  • Spare parts are replaced only if required and after customer approval.

  • Replaced parts may be original or compatible, depending on availability.

  • Old replaced parts can be retained by the customer on request.


5. Warranty on Service

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a visit or inspection charge.

  • Our technicians follow standard safety procedures during repair.

  • Customers are advised not to use the appliance if they smell gas and should immediately contact us.

  • Delhi Appliance Services will not be liable for damages caused due to continued use of faulty appliances against advice.
